Pomelo Care is building a network of registered dietitians to deliver synchronous virtual nutrition visits for midlife and menopause care. This is a 1099 independent contractor role; you will not receive employee benefits, but you will receive client matching, billing and administrative support.

Join a flexible, telehealth-focused practice and conduct video visits with patients, maintain documentation, and follow privacy and compliance standards.

Formación

• National certification as a registered dietitian (RD) or registered dietitian/nutritionist (RDN) with license to practice in Texas.
• Ability to commit for a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition therapy for patients with metabolic syndrome, weight loss and body composition changes, osteopenia/osteoporosis, gut health concerns including bloating, IBS, and elimination diets, and plant-forward/anti-inflammatory eating patterns.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms, video conferencing tools, and electronic documentation systems.
• Strong clinical judgment with the ability to work independently during patient visits.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct synchronous video visits with patients navigating midlife, perimenopause, and menopause transitions.
• Provide one-on-one virtual nutrition care via phone and video calls to facilitate lifestyle change and enhance patients’ wellbeing.
• Work closely with patients in a multi-week program format to support symptom improvement and sustained behavior change.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Follow applicable clinical, documentation, privacy, quality, and compliance standards for visits conducted through Pomelo.
