Job summary

Pomelo Care is building a network of experienced registered dietitians to deliver virtual nutrition care across midlife, menopause transitions, and related conditions. Dietitians join as independent contractors with licensure in Ohio and a minimum of 3 years of evidence-based practice, delivering care through telehealth platforms and secured documentation systems.

Qualifications

• National certification as a registered dietitian (RD) or registered dietitian/nutritionist (RDN) with license to practice in Ohio
• Minimum 3 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition therapy for patients with metabolic syndrome, weight loss, osteoporosis, gut health concerns, and plant-forward diets
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems
• Strong clinical judgment with ability to work independently during patient visits

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits with patients navigating midlife, perimenopause, and menopause transitions
• Provide one-on-one virtual nutrition care via phone and video calls
• Work in a multi-week program format to support symptom improvement and sustained behavior change
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Follow clinical, documentation, privacy, quality, and compliance standards for visits conducted through Pomelo
