Job summary

Total Life is building a nutrition care model for older adults delivered via telehealth. We seek a Registered Dietitian to help design protocols, patient journeys, and the standard of care for online nutrition support.

This ground-floor role offers flexibility and a chance to shape care at a national scale. As an RD/RDN, you will assess needs, create personalized plans, and deliver medical nutrition therapy with a whole-food, plant-based focus.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) in good standing.
• Active licensure/certification where required to practice.
• Experience with caring for older adults and telehealth delivery.
• Natural coach with ability to motivate lasting lifestyle changes.
• Comfortable practicing via telehealth and helping build new care pathways.
• Mission-driven, collaborative, and able to contribute to a clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with older adults to assess nutritional needs and build care plans.
• Deliver medical nutrition therapy and coaching with a plant-based emphasis.
• Support patients managing chronic conditions where nutrition is central.
• Anchor work in the 4 M's of Age‑Friendly care across plans.
• Collaborate with broader care team to support the whole person.
• Help shape protocols, intake processes, and patient experience.
