• 7+ years progressive RCM experience in healthcare, including leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full revenue cycle end-to-end including eligibility through collections.
• Credentialing and payer enrollment with Illinois specifics (IMPACT, CAQH, MCO panel processes).
• Lead and grow the RCM team and define SOPs that endure.
