Job summary

EssilorLuxottica is seeking an experienced RCM Account Representative to oversee day-to-day insurance operations for Optometry providers nationwide. This remote role requires strong knowledge of medical and vision payers, with a focus on reducing denials and maximizing reimbursement.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in optometry billing, proficiency in ICD-10/CPT codes, and excellent communication. This position offers full-time hours, competitive benefits, and a total rewards package.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer-facing experience in medical and vision insurance billing in an optometry setting.
• Knowledge of ICD-10 coding and Optometry CPT codes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities with urgency to resolve problems.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Ability to work a full 8-hour day 7:00am–6:00pm CT, Mon–Fri.
• Work from home with minimal supervision and a quiet home office.
• Stable high-speed internet and proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and GoToMeeting for RCM customers.
• Monitor accounts to identify revenue trends and update clients with solutions.
• Identify, research, and resolve account issues reported by customers or partners.
• Manage clearinghouse rejections and request missing information or corrected claims.
• Address denials and aging reports to maximize reimbursements for vision and medical claims.
• Coordinate with payment posting to meet customer expectations.
• Collaborate with Sales for onboarding and statements of work.
• Train clients on RCM tools and reimbursement processes.
• Track product data across multiple systems.
• Provide basic tech support to enable use of our solutions.
• Document interactions in Salesforce and other company tools.
