Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking entry-level RBTs to support clients nationwide with in-home or community-based ABA services. You’ll start with a two‑month paid training plan, earning competitive pay while you grow your caseload under supportive leadership.

You can set flexible hours and work from home anywhere in the USA, or provide in-person care in service states as you expand. Licenses are provided at no cost, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to ABA goals with children.
• Patience and compassion are essential for client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, implementing evidence-based interventions to build independence.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to execute skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and coordinate with families.
