Job summary

National Louis University is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician Adjunct Faculty to teach RBT courses while promoting equity and access for all students.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience working with clients as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Completion of 8-hour Supervisor Training and one year of experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Prior teaching experience, particularly online teaching, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective online and in-person sessions for students.
• Provide continuous feedback and support to learners.
• Collaborate with faculty to improve course content and teaching strategies.
