Apploi is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time role in Lee's Summit, Missouri. You will work one-on-one with children to help develop skills and reach individualized goals through daily interactions.

Evening hours and weekends are required. Not currently an RBT? We welcome applicants pursuing certification and offer guidance with the 40-hour RBT training course, though the training is completed independently and is not paid.

Qualificações

• Interest in pursuing RBT certification (if not already certified).
• Strong interpersonal skills and patience when working with children.
• Ability to follow ABA plans and guidance from supervising BCBA/BCaBA.

Responsabilidades

• Work one-on-one with children to implement ABA-based goals.
• Contribute to progress notes and data collection under supervision.
• Engage in meaningful daily activities to support skill development and confidence.
