Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Rare Blood Disorders/Rare Hematology Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) for a remote US-based role covering the Ohio Valley. The position focuses on KOL development, regional market development, and high-level engagement with hematology and allergy/immunology leaders.

Responsibilities include on-label, compliant communications, organizing executive encounters at conferences, and coordinating speaker programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in field sales, product marketing, or medical clinical roles in pharma/biotech.
• Experience interacting with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Willingness to travel 60–80% and possess a valid driver's license.
• Must reside within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• All TLL interactions are on-label and compliant with guidelines.
• Develop and engage KOLs and regional leaders across Hematology and Immunology.
• Plan regional marketing initiatives and support conference activities.
• Coordinate speaker programs and manage logistics for multiple events.
