Archesys is seeking a Ruby on Rails Full-Stack Engineer to join the MDFAMLI delivery team, focusing on Employer Experience workstreams. You will build and enhance public-facing digital services, including payment workflows and form flows, with robust back-end systems.

The role is fully remote and full-time, requiring strong OOP, automated testing, and data integration skills, plus experience with Rails, MVC, PostgreSQL, and RESTful services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of Ruby on Rails Backend experience in production.
• Experience building data integrations and back-end functionality with Rails.
• Experience with financial/Accounting systems integration (NetSuite a plus).
• Proficient in unit/integration testing (RSpec/Minitest).
• MVC architecture, RESTful services, and ActiveRecord ORM.

Responsabilités

• Write clean, maintainable code following OOP and SOLID principles.
• Build and enhance backend payment workflows and data flows into accounting platforms.
• Contribute to full-stack development with a strong backend focus.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
