Qualifications

• 1-3 years of healthcare scheduling, patient access, call center, or customer service experience preferred.
• Prior radiology scheduling experience highly preferred.
• Comfortable working in multiple software applications.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients for radiology and diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Verify patient information and obtain insurance authorization.
• Educate patients about preparation instructions and procedure expectations.
