Job summary

OpenTrain AI is seeking a Radiology AI Evaluation Subject Matter Expert. This contract, part-time role involves reviewing AI-generated radiology outputs, writing expert content, and assessing reasoning quality with precise feedback.

Work is remote and hourly, with a minimum of 20 hours per week. Ideal candidates are board-certified radiologists with MD/DO credentials, 5+ years of radiology experience, and English at C1.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completed Radiology residency is required.
• Board eligibility or certification in Diagnostic Radiology is required.
• At least 5 years of radiology practice experience is required.
• Excellent safety judgment around contrast reactions and radiation dose principles.
• English proficiency at C1 level is required.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated radiology and medical-imaging responses for clinical correctness and safety.
• Create expert imaging prompts and gold-standard answers and model solutions.
• Identify issues in modality selection, protocol choice, differential diagnosis reasoning, and incidental findings logic.
• Evaluate patient-safety considerations (contrast use, radiation dose, pregnancy, allergies, renal function, anticoagulation).
• Rate and compare multiple responses for correctness, completeness, and reasoning quality.
• Validate outputs for inaccuracies, unsafe recommendations, and bias, and provide clear corrective feedback.
