Job summary

Mercor seeks a Radiology Expert for a remote, ongoing contract. You will design clinically realistic prompts from Radiology practice, write attending-level golden responses, and grade AI outputs using rubrics. Rolling start after onboarding, with 20+ hours/week commitment and paid weekly.

Must hold an active medical license; board certification or board-eligibility required per track (attending, resident, or fellow). This is a remote role with international collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

• Board-certified physician with an active medical license.
• Residents: final year of residency or board-eligible.
• Fellows: board-certified/board-eligible with an active license.

Responsibilities

• Design clinically realistic prompts and scenarios from Radiology practice, including image interpretation and differential generation.
• Write "golden" reference responses at attending-level quality to ensure high standards.
• Grade AI-generated responses using structured rubrics to assess accuracy and relevance.
• Provide written feedback to the research team to improve model behavior.
• Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions for continuous improvement.

Education
