Charter College is seeking a Program Imaging Director to oversee Medical Imaging programs, reporting to the Chief Academic Officer. The role ensures educational goals are met and programs are delivered via blended and online modalities with a radiology background.

This position is remote and requires a Master’s degree, ARRT certification or state licensure, and at least 5 years of medical imaging management experience. Strong leadership and analytics are essential.

Qualificações

• Master's degree is required.
• Minimum of 5 years in medical imaging management or Radiology leadership.
• Current ARRT certification or equivalent licensure.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee compliance with accrediting/regulatory bodies through academic control processes.
• Manage day-to-day blended/online program delivery and student retention outcomes.
• Provide guidance to Campus Managers and imaging faculty on policies and procedures.
• Oversee instructor scheduling and academic operations affecting student access/completion.
• Lead recruitment, screening, and selection of medical imaging faculty and staff.
• Supervise faculty, conduct evaluations, and provide coaching/mentoring.
