Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a RACF Mainframe Security Engineer to lead the delivery and implementation of IAM technologies across the bank. The role is remote, with compensation in the posted range and a benefits package.

The candidate will collaborate with IAM architects and enterprise teams, manage a team of Mainframe Engineers, and drive RACF-related security initiatives to protect mainframe environments.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of information security experience.
• 6+ years delivering RACF security and mainframe technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IAM and RACF capabilities to the bank.
• Maintain RACF security engineering operations.
• Develop cyber security solutions and secure mainframe environments.
• Collaborate with IAM and enterprise architects on RACF implementations.
• Assist with vendor relations and evaluations of new technologies.
• Provide leadership to a team of Mainframe Engineers.
• Lead RACF-related security incident responses and remediation.
• Contribute to IAM program strategy and roadmaps.
