Ferguson Enterprises is seeking a qualified Quotation Specialist to develop detailed proposals, price guidance, and competitive quotes for projects nationwide. You will collaborate with sales, project management, and leadership to ensure accuracy and profitability, managing complex opportunities with multiple suppliers.

This remote-friendly role requires 3+ years in construction quotations, familiarity with Planswift, Salesforce, and MS 365, and the ability to read drawings and specifications.

Formación

• 3+ years of construction-related quotations or estimating experience.
• Ability to interpret complex drawings, specs, scopes of work and customer requirements with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps, Excel, Outlook and Teams.

Responsabilidades

• Review project specs to create detailed proposals supporting objectives.
• Provide pricing guidance to sales, PM and leadership to support profitability.
• Execute quotation activities per SOP and identify process improvements.
• Engage vendors to obtain accurate pricing lead times and availability.
• Analyze quotation trends and market conditions to identify margin opportunities.
• Analyze specifications, drawings and BOMs.
• Independently manage complex, high-value quotations with multiple suppliers.
• Send quotes to FEI sales, customers, builders or contractors.
• Contribute to pricing strategy, processes, reporting and operational excellence.
• Participate in associate meetings and raise concerns to management.
