QuickBooks Specialist (Remote, 20-35 hrs/week)

What You’ll Do

Build clear, lender-ready financial projections and keep client books spotless in QuickBooks Online/Desktop.

Package and submit loan applications and funding proposals that get approved.

Deliver concise business consulting —spot gaps, upsell value-add services, and keep projects on track.

Reconcile accounts, prepare month-end reports, and flag discrepancies before they become problems.

Collaborate in weekly virtual team huddles; update progress in Infusionsoft/Keap.

Represent QT with integrity at webinars, workshops, and occasional in-person events.

What You Bring

QuickBooks Certification and hands-on mastery of full-cycle bookkeeping.

6+ months professional accounting/bookkeeping experience (banking or lending a plus).

Working knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, and cash-flow forecasting.

Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple client files.

Associate’s degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Nice to have: Enrolled Agent credential.
