Job summary

MaineHealth Virtual Quick Care is recruiting an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a primary care role delivered remotely. This position supports multiple virtual care programs and requires strong independent work, collaboration, and the ability to adapt to rapid change.

Must live in Maine or New Hampshire with on-site presence during the year as needed. Licensure, BLS, and EMR proficiency are essential, with prior primary care, urgent care, or chronic disease experience

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in a physician office setting preferred.
• Current license issued by the State of Maine as Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
• Current certification as NP or PA required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience with EMR systems and web-based practice tools.

Responsibilities

• Provides care in a remote capacity across virtual care programs including remote patient management.
• Engage in continuous process improvement and workflow refinement with leadership.
