The role requires deep expertise in quantum computing, cryptography, and secure systems architecture in large government environments.

The position is remote with Eastern Time Zone support, requiring Tier 4 / High Risk Background Investigation and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Information Technology experience.
• 5+ years in Quantum Computing and Cryptography in large orgs.
• Experience with cryptographic modernization and enterprise security.
• Experience evaluating quantum technologies and migration strategies.
• Experience in project-based, large-scale tech initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessments of cryptographic systems and quantum-related risks.
• Develop quantum-resilient security strategies and migration roadmaps.
• Research and implement post-quantum cryptography solutions.
• Advise on quantum computing impacts to enterprise security architectures.
• Prepare technical reports and risk assessments for government stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, software, and infrastructure teams.
