Job summary

SentiLink is seeking a Quantitative Scientist to build core products: fraud-detection models and expanding risk offerings. You’ll apply ML to real-world problems, from research to deployment in production, gaining hands-on experience across the full lifecycle in a fast-moving environment.

Open roles across multiple teams, including Application Fraud and Identity, with work options ranging from remote in the U.S. to occasional office time in Austin, SF, or NYC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in a quantitative field.
• Strong foundation in ML, statistics, or data science.
• Experience with Python and data science tools.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and build data‑driven solutions.
• Excellent communication and clear idea explanation.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain fraud detection models across lifecycle.
• Build modeling for fraud and financial risk products.
• Research new fraud types and identity verification products.
• Iterate with new data sources and feature engineering.
• Write production-ready code for real-time decisions.
• Design analyses to guide data acquisition and product priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering and risk teams to access data.
