Job summary

SentiLink, a leading identity and risk solutions company, is seeking a Quantitative Researcher in the United States. You will build core models to identify fraudsters and expand risk product suites, applying ML to real‑world fraud detection in production environments. This role offers remote work within the U.S.

with preferences for Austin, SF, or NYC offices. You will own end‑to‑end projects, from research to deployment, and collaborate with teams across the company to drive data‑driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master/PhD in a quantitative field (Statistics, CS, Math, Physics) or equivalent experience/research.
• Strong foundation in machine learning, statistics, or applied data science.
• Experience with Python and common data science tools.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and build data-driven solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical ideas clearly.
• Interest in fraud, identity, and financial risk systems.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain fraud detection models across the ML lifecycle, from data decisions to production deployment.
• Build modeling for SentiLink's Fraud and Financial Risk products.
• Research new fraud types and develop related products.
• Iterate with data sources and feature engineering to improve models.
• Write production-ready code for real-time decision making with partners.
• Design and present analyses to inform data acquisition, product development, and risk priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering, risk operations, and data acquisitions to ensure data quality.
