Anemoi Predictive Technology LLC is recruiting a fully remote Quantitative Researcher focused on systematic equities. The role requires residency in the Sacramento, CA area and involves Pacific Time monitoring of policy-sensitive events, U.S. market close, and after-hours review.

Base salary ranges from $175,000 to $245,000 USD, with performance bonus and equity eligibility. Candidates should have 3+ years in quantitative research, strong Python and SQL skills, and a solid understanding of

Qualifications

• Three or more years in quantitative research, data science, or systematic investing.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL with strong probability and statistics.
• Clear understanding of backtest bias and model validation.

Responsabilités

• Form hypotheses and build clean point-in-time equity datasets.
• Test signal stability, turnover, capacity, and transaction-cost sensitivity.
• Run walk-forward and out-of-sample evaluation.
• Present both favorable and unfavorable results to the investment team.
• Own equity-signal validation, sector diagnostics, and regime review during Pacific Time monitoring of policy-sensitive events, the U.S. close, and after-hours review.
