Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Quant Developer to build low-latency trading, risk, and analytics systems for fintech applications. You will translate models into production software, partnering with quants and traders to meet performance and reliability goals.

The role requires strong software engineering, quantitative fundamentals, and familiarity with financial markets. You will mentor juniors, contribute to architecture, and ensure observability and compliance workflows

Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative discipline with strong software background.
• Proficiency in C++, Java, or Python with fintech experience.
• Hands-on experience building low-latency, high-throughput systems.
• Familiarity with market data systems and risk concepts.
• Strong debugging, profiling, and performance-tuning skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement low-latency trading, pricing, and risk systems in C++, Java, or Python.
• Translate quantitative models into production-quality implementations.
• Build robust market data ingestion pipelines for high-volume tick data.
• Develop pricing libraries for derivatives with rigorous tests.
• Implement risk engines and P&L attribution tooling for traders and quants.
• Profile and optimize critical-path code for latency and throughput.
• Create backtesting and simulation infrastructure with auditable results.
• Collaborate with quants, traders, and risk officers to refine models.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance workflows are auditable and reproducible.
