Job summary

Aspen Aerogels, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Quality Systems Engineer to drive the quality culture across our remote manufacturing operations in the U.S. and Mexico.

The role reports to the Corporate Quality Manager and focuses on conformance to customer requirements, regulatory standards, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will lead audits, maintain the Quality Management System, and collaborate with Operations, Process Engineering, Supply Chain, R&D, and EHS to ensure effectiveness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum five years of quality management system experience in automotive/manufacturing.
• Experience implementing or auditing IATF 16949 systems.
• Lead Auditor certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve the Quality Management System across Aspen locations.
• Coordinate audits (internal and external) and ensure corrective actions.
• Lead the internal auditor team and maintain audit calendar.
• Promote quality culture and continuous improvement across facilities.
• Support risk management and customer-specific requirements.
