A leading life sciences software company is seeking a Managed Services Consultant to provide remote consulting services for Quality Management Systems. The role requires experience in the Life Sciences or Healthcare industries and involves software setup, customer support, and administrative assistance. Qualifications

• Experience with configuring/supporting software in Life Sciences or Healthcare.
• Ability to understand client requirements and articulate solutions quickly.
• Experience managing customer expectations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-go-live administrative support for multiple clients.
• Configuration of Vault applications to meet customer needs.
• Assistance with Quality processes including SOPs and CAPAs.
• Ad hoc training of users and administrators.
