Qualifications

• Experience with specification management and data integrity in regulated environments.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and Office Suite; dashboarding and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate updates to finished product testing specifications for externally manufactured products.
• Maintain specification update records through creation, routing, tracking, and closure in the system of record.
• Support specification compliance with a master tracker for contract manufacturing updates.
• Partner with contract manufacturers to confirm feasibility, testing capability, and release readiness.
• Develop dashboards and reports to increase visibility into overdue updates and compliance gaps.
