Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Quality Practice Liaison to join our Arizona Mercy Care Plan team in a remote, full-time capacity. You will present HEDIS gaps in care data to provider groups and support education on HEDIS measures, working with project managers and other departments to improve member outcomes.

You will access multiple EMR systems remotely, review and abstract medical records, and enter data for supplemental data processes.

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted RN license required.
3+ years of clinical RN experience.
2+ years of experience with HEDIS quality measures.
1+ years of experience delivering presentations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Windows 10, QuickBase.
Willingness to travel within Arizona up to 10%.

Responsibilities

Generates and distributes gap in care reporting from Tableau Dashboard.
Outreach, scheduling meetings, developing presentations, and conducting meetings with provider groups to share HEDIS information.
Reviews documentation and abstracts compliant medical record data for entry into supplemental data tool.
Contacts providers, vendors, or internal departments to obtain additional information as needed.
Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of NCQA HEDIS and STARS measures for Medicare and Medicaid.
Utilizes various electronic tools to achieve team goals.
Performs other duties as needed.
