Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a Quality Intelligence professional to develop and improve quality measures and reporting. You will validate data, create dashboards, and partner with teams to drive value-based outcomes across the system.

The role is fully remote with no visa sponsorship currently offered. A Bachelor's degree in health administration or related field and 5+ years in healthcare quality are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in health administration, quality or related field.
• Strong data analytics and reporting capabilities.
• Experience with HEDIS/NCQA or payer data is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization concepts.
• Knowledge of value-based care concepts and ACOs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality data definitions and measures.
• Lead data validation and ensure integrity of data feeds.
• Create dashboards and visualizations for internal/external reporting.
• Communicate insights to stakeholders and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with departments to advance value-based initiatives.
