UPMC Health Plan is seeking a full-time Quality Improvement Provider Strategist to join the Quality Improvement team. This is a remote role that works Monday - Friday daylight hours EST.

Preference will be given to candidates residing in Central or Eastern Pennsylvania, as familiarity with the healthcare landscape and provider networks in those
Qualifications
- Experience with HEDIS, quality improvement, or related healthcare quality initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Preference for candidates residing in Central or Eastern Pennsylvania with familiarity of the regional healthcare landscape.
- Clinical background, particularly in nursing, is a significant asset.
Responsibilities
- Analyze quality performance data to identify trends, risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Establish and communicate annual organizational quality priorities and provider-level focus areas.
- Partner with business and product leaders to align quality initiatives into a cohesive strategy for providers.
- Deliver tailored insights to executives and provider staff to drive informed decisions and measurable improvement.
- Identify systemic barriers through collaboration and governance processes and drive quality improvements.
