Job summary

The Mental Health Association of NYC, Inc. dba Vibrant Emotional Health is seeking a Specialist, Quality Improvement to coordinate proactive quality improvement efforts across a large network of crisis centers.

This remote role reports to the Manager, Quality Improvement and requires collaboration with 988 Lifeline centers. You will monitor QI activities, prepare reports for SAMHSA and other funders, analyze performance data, and lead program QI meetings to drive KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Public Health or Social Sciences required.
• Experience with quality improvement and data analysis preferred.
• Prior crisis center or mental health nonprofit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate formal quality improvement plans across a large network of crisis centers.
• Monitor internal QI activities and ensure funder and agency goals are met.
• Prepare QI/Outcomes reports for SAMSHA, boards, and stakeholders.
• Analyze performance data and develop improvement strategies.
• Lead regular program QI meetings to review KPIs and outcomes.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet Lifeline KPIs.
