Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 4+ years of data management experience within a health insurance organization with responsibility for reports or projects.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications; experience with quality initiatives (HEDIS/NCQA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the HEDIS project including nurse assignment, timeline adherence, and vendor oversight for timeliness and quality.
• Assist in data collection, data entry and report generation for QI initiatives (e.g., access studies, HEDIS forms, site reviews).
• Analyze data and prepare reports for committee discussions.
• Research and write items for provider newsletters and educational pieces.
• Conduct inter-rater reliability audits across departments.
• Design and manage data review processes to ensure accuracy and regulatory readiness.
• Implement process improvements to streamline department functions.
• Assist Director, QI in audit preparation for regulators.
