Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks a senior leader to direct digital quality measurement, HEDIS, and related clinical quality initiatives. You will shape and execute strategies for data collection, validation, and reporting across products and geographies.

The role requires 7+ years in quality management or healthcare operations, with NCQA/HEDIS or STARS familiarity, and a flexible, remote-ready work approach. Strong leadership and strategic execution are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Nursing or related field; 7+ years quality management/healthcare operations experience.
Master's Degree preferred.
RN license preferred; professional quality certification preferred.
Experience with NCQA/HEDIS or similar quality measures preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead NCQA Accreditation and HEDIS performance efforts.
Oversee quality-improvement processes for risk adjustment across products.
Collaborate with the Medicare STARS team to improve ratings.
Oversee provider satisfaction surveys and action plans.
Incorporate best practices into daily operations and tooling.
Present improvement results to senior management and define policy directions.
Lead strategy, roadmap, testing, validation, and audit readiness for digital quality initiatives.
