Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a Quality Improvement professional to identify market trends and oversee programs for HEDIS, CAHPS, and HOS strategy. You will analyze stakeholder issues, formulate hypotheses, and recommend data-driven solutions to improve health plan performance.

Responsibilities include collaborating across markets, developing resources, ensuring compliance with state reporting, and training staff. A RN/LCSW-related background with CPHQ is preferred; Master’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years of clinical experience, managed care or health insurance experience required; 2+ years of quality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify market trends and oversee quality improvement programs for HEDIS, CAHPS, and HOS strategy.
• Analyze stakeholder issues and recommend solutions to drive business value.
• Collaborate with markets and stakeholders to drive performance.
• Develop QA resources and training for Quality Improvement Health Plan staff.
• Monitor compliance with state reporting, HHS and HPMS memos.
