Job summary

Nortal is seeking a QA professional to support a large-scale marketing technology initiative, delivering reliable customer journeys and campaigns. You will design tests for multi-step journeys and validate event-driven journeys across Adobe Journey Optimizer and related platforms.

This role requires hands-on experience with enterprise marketing platforms, strong SQL for data validation, and clear communication with US-based stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with enterprise marketing platforms such as AJO, Adobe Campaign, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and comparing counts across systems.
• Availability to work during US Eastern business hours and clear communication with US-based stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and cases for multi-step marketing journeys.
• Execute functional, integration, and regression testing across Adobe Journey Optimizer and related platforms.
• Document defects with clear reproduction steps and track them through resolution.
