Job summary

Atlas Advisors, LLC is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager (QCM) to support the delivery of contracted armed security services in Geilenkirchen, Germany. The QCM will oversee quality assurance activities to ensure contract performance complies with the SOW, project quality objectives, host nation requirements, and established project procedures.

The QCM will work with the Project Manager and customer reps to monitor performance and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of QA/QC experience on government or large-scale service contracts.
• Experience developing and managing Quality Management Systems.
• Experience with ISO 9001-compliant quality programs.
• Audits, inspections, and corrective action management experience.
• Experience developing quality metrics, performance indicators, and reporting processes.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office and QA reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel to Poland and other customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, policies, and procedures.
• Develop and maintain the Quality Management Plan (QMP) and supporting quality documentation.
• Monitor contract performance through quality metrics and KPIs.
• Prepare and submit required quality reports and performance documentation.
• Conduct internal audits, inspections, and quality reviews.
• Monitor CAPA programs and verify implementation and effectiveness.
• Investigate non-conformances, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Track customer feedback and satisfaction metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate quality-related activities with project management, personnel, and customer reps.
• Maintain records and documentation supporting contract compliance and audit readiness.
• Support customer audits and performance reviews.
• Monitor subcontractor quality performance and compliance when applicable.
• Provide quality guidance and training to project personnel.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
