Job summary

International Construction Inc. a Hui Huliau subsidiary seeks a QC Manager to oversee the QC program for multiple projects.

You will manage QC activities, attend partnering meetings, perform three phases of control, submittal reviews, testing, and provide certifications and documentation per contract. The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering or Construction Management or 10 years of related experience; familiarity with OSHA/EM-385 and DBIDS; strong leadership, organizational, and time

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, Construction Management or relevant field or 10 years combined experience in project roles.
• Advanced MS Office skills and ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
• Familiarity with Federal/State safety rules (OSHA, EM-385) and DBIDS credential.
• Strong project management, leadership and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the QC program for assigned projects and manage QC meetings.
• Review submittals, conduct three phases of quality control, and ensure conformance.
• Coordinate testing, documentation, and certifications per contract requirements.
• Maintain logs, prepare daily QC reports, and drive timely non-conformance resolution.
• Support Project Manager and liaise with Client on QC matters.
