Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. seeks a QC Specialist within Global Medical Writing to coordinate and complete QC reviews of clinical and regulatory documents under tight timelines. The role includes copyediting, data verification, and ensuring compliance with FDA/ICH guidelines.

It supports multiple submission documents and can be performed remotely. Requires a BA/BS degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience and strong English communication; proficiency with MS Office and regulatory tools is

Qualifications

BA/BS degree; 1 year of relevant industry experience as a QC editor/specialist, medical writer, or technical copyeditor.
Experience in conducting medical writing QC reviews of regulatory documents (clinical study reports, protocols, amendments).
Familiarity with FDA regulations and ICH guidelines is preferred.
Strong English communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Review and edit clinical and regulatory documents to ensure quality and accuracy.
Perform cross-referencing, fact-checking, and general quality assessments.
Meet tight timelines and coordinate with medical writers and teams.
Maintain compliance with writing conventions, templates, and regulatory guidelines.
