The Quality Manager, Clinical Performance leads the operational quality function, translating requirements into practical workflows and ensuring gaps are identified, surfaced, and closed with appropriate evidence across providers, plans, and Well-Being Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related healthcare field.
• Experience in clinical quality, HEDIS, Stars, or population health.
• Ability to translate specifications into operational workflows.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience with care-gap identification and closure.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical quality strategy across health plans and providers.
• Manage HEDIS, Stars, CMS measures and performance targets.
• Oversee care-gap identification and closure processes.
• Integrate quality intelligence into pre-visit workflows.
• Develop provider-facing education and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable quality improvement.
• Establish dashboards and reporting for quality performance.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to scale quality programs.
• Ensure documentation and data quality alignment with quality measures.
