Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Excel and OneDrive.
• Knowledge of DCS, Medicaid, and COA standards.
• Ability to analyze data accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Complete quality audits of program records.
• Provide feedback to program Directors regarding documentation errors.
• Assist in developing Corrective Action Plans.
• Participate in Performance and Quality Improvement functions.
• Support EHR implementation through testing and training.
• Deliver necessary training to staff.
