OmniOn Power Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to audit engineering specifications and packets, ensuring accuracy and adherence to customer standards.

This role emphasizes cost of quality tracking and closes corrective actions across engineering and operations in a 100% remote setting. Reporting to the Services Quality Leader, you will implement improvements, maintain audit evidence, and support internal surveillance audits across service categories.

Competenze

• Completion of high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in telecom industry requirements or related fields.
• Working knowledge of quality management systems and audit practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and SharePoint for tracker maintenance and analyses.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clear audit evidence.

Mansioni

• Audit engineering specifications for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to customer standards, documenting findings and driving corrections.
• Audit engineering packages (drawings, BOMs, build documentation, ECNs/changes, deviations) for compliance with customer requirements.
• Audit methods of procedure and end-of-job packages to ensure safe installation and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure version control and alignment between customer requirements, released docs, and service deliverables.
• Track cost of poor-quality metrics and support corrective actions to reduce cost of quality and boost satisfaction.
• Initiate corrective actions and partner with Engineering, Quality, PM, and Operations.
• Support TL 9000 metric collection, audits, and corrective actions closure.
• Communicate recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain audit records, trackers, and evidence per retention and confidentiality rules.
