Job summary

Drips is seeking a Quality Control Specialist for a remote, full-time role supporting Production. You will test campaigns end-to-end, verify message timing, routing, and call behavior, and manage a queue of QC cases through to a documented close.

Collaboration with Build and Product Engineering ensures issues are resolved and quality is maintained before live deployment. You will document test cases, track defects, and generate regular quality reports for leadership, contributing to reliable

• Strong queue management and prioritization to keep cases moving.
• Experience executing end-to-end functional and regression tests.
• Ability to document defects clearly and communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Run functional and regression tests on completed builds, verifying timing, routing, and behavior.
• Own a queue of QC cases from intake to close, ensuring thorough testing before release.
• Coordinate with Build and Product Engineering to address issues and verify fixes.
• Document test results, maintain defect dashboards, and report trends to leadership.
• On a typical day, test campaigns end-to-end and review the queue to prioritize upcoming launches.
