Job summary

Drips is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to test our compliance-driven SMS and voice platform. You will verify campaigns end-to-end in real-world conditions, manage a QC queue, and ensure timing, routing, and content meet specifications before going live.

You will work closely with Build and Product Engineering, document results in our test management system, and report findings to leadership, identifying risks and improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong queue management and ability to prioritize by urgency and launch date.
• Experience with a test management platform to document test cases and results.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to catch edge cases and trends.
• Good communication skills to clearly document defects and findings.

Responsibilities

• Test completed campaign builds end to end, verifying timing, routing, audio playback, and message delivery.
• Own a queue of QC cases from intake through completion, ensuring timely, fully tested closes.
• Identify, document, and communicate defects clearly to the appropriate team for fixes.
• Coordinate with Build and Product Engineering to rework issues and translate findings for non-technical partners.
• Document test cases and results in the test management platform and maintain a defect dashboard.
