Premera Blue Cross is seeking a Telecommuter Quality Auditor to ensure audits meet standards and drive improvements in healthcare processes. You will plan, conduct, and document audits within defined scopes, schedule resources, and present findings in clear reports that support corrective actions.

You will build knowledge of quality principles, identify trends and root causes, and collaborate with external departments to resolve issues.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of claims, customer service or enrollment experience, including 1 year of quality audit/QA experience required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency preferred.
• Quality 101 certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct audits in a professional, ethical and objective manner using and interpreting applicable standards/requirements.
• Plan, develop, and communicate an audit within a defined scope, including resource scheduling.
• Maintain knowledge of procedural changes, audit techniques, and reference materials for assigned audit functions.
• Verify, document and communicate audit results, develop an audit report, and evaluate corrective actions.
• Resolve conflicts directly and respectfully, and engage in conversations to resolve audit findings.
• Identify trends and root causes of errors and recommend improved procedures.
