Qualifications

• Three years of claims, customer service or enrollment experience.
• One year of quality audit, quality control, or quality assurance experience.
• Bilingual ability in English/Spanish preferred.
• Quality 101 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct audits within defined scope and resources.
• Interpret standards and communicate audit results.
• Maintain knowledge of procedures and automated systems for audits.
• Identify trends and root causes of errors; recommend improvements.
• Resolve audit findings through constructive discussions with stakeholders.
• Lead and facilitate team meetings on Quality Review & Reporting initiatives.
• Explain quality principles and align audit function with the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
