Job summary

The Product Quality Analyst I at Businessolver is responsible for testing web applications, Web APIs and Batch applications, creating and executing manual and automated test cases, and documenting defects in collaboration with engineers and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has QA methodologies knowledge, a preferred Bachelor’s degree in CS/MIS/CE, and 1+ years in manual or automated testing, with familiarity in Gherkin format. This role offers a remote-friendly structure with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Computer Engineering.
• 1+ years experience in Manual or Automated Testing.
• Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Create test cases to support business requirements for Web Applications, Web APIs, and Batch Applications.
• Execute manual and automated test cases; document defects thoroughly.
• Collaborate with software engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Enter test cases in test case management system with comprehensive test descriptions.
• Document test results in test case management system.
• Monitor defect tracking and manage bug tracking.
