DFP Services Ltd, part of the Vadella Group, is seeking an experienced Qualified Supervisor in the North East. You will lead electrical compliance work, supervise engineers, and ensure BS7671/NICEIC standards across care homes, NHS buildings and other sites.

Qualifications

• Must be a Qualified Supervisor or Senior Electrician with UK qualifications.
• Extensive BS7671 knowledge and electrical compliance experience.
• City & Guilds 2391 testing/inspection or equivalent.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
• Completed recognised electrical apprenticeship.
• Strong NICEIC experience and auditing capability.

Responsibilities

• Act as the company’s nominated Qualified Supervisor for NICEIC accreditation.
• Ensure electrical installations comply with BS7671 and NICEIC standards.
• Carry out technical audits, site inspections and QA checks.
• Review and sign off electrical certification and documentation.
• Provide technical support and guidance to electricians and apprentices.
• Assist with NICEIC assessments and compliance audits.
• Support safe systems of work and risk management.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Liaise with clients, surveyors and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Assist with estimating and pricing of electrical works.
