Job summary

OnePay is seeking a QE Platform Engineer to shape how engineering teams ship to production by building test automation infrastructure for web, mobile, and backend services.

You will design and own shared testing frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Appium, Cypress), implement scalable test execution, and raise testing maturity across squads to embed quality in the development workflow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in test automation or QE engineering.
• Experience designing frameworks like Playwright, Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js; architecting test frameworks.
• Experience with cloud-native infrastructure (Kubernetes, AWS) and containerized tests.
• Experience with API/integration and end-to-end testing for web and mobile.

Responsibilities

• Design and own shared test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and backend services.
• Build and maintain scalable test execution infrastructure with flaky-test detection.
• Raise test coverage and embed quality practices in the development workflow.
• Develop tooling for test environment provisioning, test data management, and parallelized test execution.
• Instrument and monitor test infrastructure health and reduce friction for teams.
• Contribute to internal documentation and best practices for automated testing.
