Job summary

Clearspeed is seeking a Quality Control Data Analyst to review and label audio and data, ensuring quality and compliance. You will work remotely from a single approved location, with potential travel up to 5% and varying schedules to meet business needs.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years in QA/QC or related fields, strong analytical skills, and the ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy. Security clearance eligibility is required for US Government contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years in QA/QC, data annotation, data labeling, content moderation, transcription or similar roles.
• Strong computer literacy with software tools and digital apps.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to stay focused and productive on repetitive tasks.
• US citizen eligible for US Government security clearance.
• Experience reviewing audio samples and digital content.
• Experience working with large data sets and data management systems.
• Native or advanced English (additional languages a plus).
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends as needed; training for QC Analyst certification.

Responsibilities

• Review, label, and evaluate audio and other data using QC procedures.
• Inspect and analyze data to determine quality, accuracy, and compliance.
• Identify quality issues and document findings with detail.
• Communicate observations to team leads and escalate when needed.
• Maintain records of quality assessments and related activities.
• Assist with QC projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with teammates to support goals and project success.
• Identify trends and opportunities to enhance quality standards.
• Apply rules and criteria consistently when evaluating data.
• Complete QC Analyst certification training and apply professional judgment after.
• Perform additional related duties as required.
