Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Chemical Engineer to join their team. This fully remote role focuses on developing, implementing, and maintaining QC systems for chemical products and processes, ensuring safety, compliance, and product consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within chemical/pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of analytical chemistry techniques and laboratory instrumentation.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and specifications for materials and products.
• Oversee laboratory equipment operation and ensure accuracy of analytical testing methods.
• Use SPC to monitor process performance and identify deviations.
• Investigate quality issues, determine root causes, and implement CAPA.
• Collaborate with R&D and production for new products and process changes.
• Prepare quality reports, trend analyses, and regulatory submission documentation.
