Job summary

Kaya is seeking Audio Transcription Reviewers to support Cantonese-English transcription QA. You will join the QC team to ensure accuracy, completeness, and guideline compliance for healthcare-related conversations, primarily in Hong Kong Cantonese.

This remote role offers flexible hours and a dynamic AI language project environment. Fluency in Cantonese and English is required, with familiarity with Traditional Chinese and code-switching.

Qualifications

• Fluent in spoken Cantonese and able to read and write Traditional Chinese.
• Familiar with the Hong Kong Cantonese accent and medical terminology is a plus.
• Comfortable reviewing Cantonese-English conversations with code-switching and occasional English terminology.

Responsibilities

• Review completed Cantonese-English audio transcriptions for accuracy and completeness
• Verify audio segmentation and speaker labels
• Identify and correct transcription, segmentation, and formatting errors
• Ensure healthcare terminology is transcribed accurately where applicable
• Follow project guidelines to maintain consistent quality standards
• Escalate unclear or complex cases when necessary
• Communicate with the Project Manager for clarification
• Complete assigned batches within the project timeline
